Dr. David Mahfouz, D.Min., Ph.D.
President
Dr. Mahfouz’s doctoral research at the University of South Africa produced the Effective Seminary Framework for Theological Education (ESFTE), which shapes GTM’s approach to global seminary partnership. He leads GTM’s engagement with Champion Partners worldwide, and leads GTM together with his wife, Monica.
