This approach is shaped by the Effective Seminary Framework for Theological Education (ESFTE), developed through Dr. B. David Mahfouz’s doctoral research at the University of South Africa. The framework’s central finding: sustainable theological institutions are built from the faculty out — strong professors produce strong graduates, who go on to strengthen the church for generations.
